We are excited to announce that Kristy ‘Kris’ Helmers will be joining the Wichita United family as the Club Director of Soccer Operations. The Club Director of Soccer Operations will oversee many operations for the club. Kris is not new to Wichita United. She has been assisting with coaching duties within our 2005, 2006, 2011, and 2012 teams. Kris has numerous years of knowledge and experience to bring our Wichita United coaches and players. Kris played at Nicholls State University, NCAA Division I, and just finished up her first year on the PSAL indoor semi-professional team, Wichita Aero. She is also in her third year as Assistant Coach for the Friend’s University Women’s Soccer Program.
